Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment if no work has started. After this, refunds are not possible.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, and consultancy once delivered, in part or full, are non-refundable due to the intellectual effort involved.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-10 business days via the original mode of payment.
